Cancellations and Refunds:

1. Cancellation Policies: Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel service booked and the terms of our suppliers. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and understand the cancellation policy applicable to their booking.

Travel Documentation:

2. Insurance Assistance: Al-Marsus International can assist with arranging travel insurance coverage, but the terms and coverage of the insurance policy are subject to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.

Liability:

1. Intermediary Role: Al-Marsus International acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators) and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers.
2. Unforeseen Circumstances: Al-Marsus International is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Changes and Amendments:

1. Change Fees: Changes to travel bookings, including amendments to travel dates, destinations, or accommodations, may be subject to change fees and penalties imposed by our suppliers.
